Stone balustrading by Chilstone is all hand made in the UK by our stonemasons for over 65 years.
We have an extensive range of cast stone balustrading in classical, traditional and contemporary styles as well as totally bespoke options to suit your needs.
Balusrading comes in sizes to suit all installations, together with a range of top and base rails, corner piers and cast stone gate caps.
Our head and base rail is supplied in standard lengths for you to cut on site to your requirements.
Chilstone balusters are reinforced with a stainless steel rod throughout their length for added strength and structural integrity. The rod projects top and bottom to act as a pin – full information available on request.

Engraving & personalisation
Chilstone are pleased to offer many kinds of customisation and personalised detailing including house names, memorials, anniversaries and birthdays, building origin dates, plaques, historical biographical references and many more. Hand engraving is offered on any piece, whether it is a hand carved inscription on a stone monument or a personal message engraved on a brass garden ornament. Gilding and painting are also possible. Our sales team will be delighted to assist you with any personal project that you have in mind
